the cam is basicaly new it has around 1 hour run time on it and the header is for the 4g63 and is ingreat shape and has around 20 min running time on it and it's for the mitsu flang and it's a pasesetter manifold I will try and get pic's up Im just not to sure how soon I can but all in all i can say that all part's are in great shape and dont have much in the way of running time on them but let me know
