I'd personally just clean it and sand down any bubbles or areas that is starting to peel.

I use paint from 50resto.com they have it in like 15colors and the paint they use is good stuff. It has the fan nozzle and they have laquer or regular depending on what you want or need. The bad thing is paint is about 10 bucks a can and you would need like 3 for that interior.
