186MPH is that with or without the light bar? on a Crown vic the light bar can drop the top speed 10-15MPH. on a Porsche it would be more like 20-25, due to the Porsche smooth airflow. You put that big ass light bar on it and it will destroy the aerodynamics. On a Crown Vic the airflow over the roof is pretty dirty, so the drag from the lightbar is not as drastic as it would be on a sleaker car such as a Porsche.
