yea im gonna say its prolly your fitv (fast idle thermo valve) like jay stated earlier. i know alot of people will bypass the coolant lines to it yet not block it off considering its not really gonna heat up. i had the saem porb in my lude, it was fine over the summer but its winter now and it started doing the loping idle. i thought it was my iacv, but it turns out it was the fitv. it is located on the bottom of your tb, check and see if you have one and if its hooked up(coolant lines). if not or even if its is, i'd unbolt it annd block it off with a little gasket and some hondabond. then readjust your idle when it warms up(fans cycled twice).......then ummm.....
