Thats what I was thinking. The whole IAB system is fucked cuz the box under the manifold is broke. Would you get a local tuned chip or would you buy one?
www.JDMShit.com has a H22 chip for the P28, I was gonna get that when I had my H22 Civic.

i would just pullt the IAB'S.
Also you need to convert the timing belt tensioner, from a hydrolic to a manual. I say this because the hydro tensiors have been known to fail , and not to mention they are a pain in the fucking ass do deal with.....you can use a h23 manual tensior.
