Shit, for 50 bucks a wheel, you can strip em yourself and take them to a paint shop and have them shot for less...especially if the guy rattle cans em.
On average, ProCoat charges @ 300-350 bucks for a set of 4 wheels. It is a far tougher and longer lasting finish than paint can provide. My brother (phatstang1 here) and I both had some wheels powdercoated there and they looked phenominal. Mine were done in gunmetal which ran 470 bucks, where his were done in satin/flat black and were @ 320 bucks if memory serves.
