well i have taken 6 tickets to court. i have yet to have an officer not show up. and plead no contest to 5 of them . all times no court fees assesed and brought a lawyer for the last one and beat the ticket.

ohh it has been in pinellas/pasco/hillsborough(sp?) counties.
