around eastbay and belcher. hes always revvin his shit and never running. i see him atleast 2 times a week turning down belcher from e.b. around 11:30pm and he always gets on it a little then gets off. anyone know this car. because i think its pos. i mean dam its a probe. i want this so he will stop revvin his shit at me.
