Hey man not to be an ass or anything but its a neon a SOHC neon at that and its only got 3 rims, i mean wat do u expect to get out of a neon. it looks clean but def. not mint n 1600 for it is about all u can get, id say just take the offer n run, 1 more thing kbb doesent just make up prices they are the prices that it should be sold for unless its "modded" so just because uve owned it and drove it dont mean that the price is higher unless ur a Pro Race car driver or sumthing. just my 2 cents
