Like Matt, Mars, and Paul said, just use a stock OEM fan off of some FWD car because they all use elec fans. Look for one with a 6 cylinders, they usually have bigger fans.

Im currently running two 10" elec. fans that only blow about 1k cfm each. Its not doing much of a good job at cooling during rush hour traffic, other than that, it works just fine.
The thing that i noticed about the OEM fans and those aftermarket performance ones is the way they disperse the air. OEM tend to blow the air around the motor, while aftermarkets blow straight into the motor.
