If you can't afford it on your own month after month for the term of the lease without the help of outside cash, don't do it.

Then you have to look at other things. How much are you going to charge? I can take my car to XXX shop and have them work on it for 50-75 an hour and they work on it themselves I don't have to get dirty one bit and if something gets fucked up I have someone to blame it on. So I wouldn't look to get alot for an hourly use rate. Also one thing I have learned, Never let anyone touch your tools.

Unless you plan on running a full time business I would say keep it personal. Either you make it a business and run it like one or you keep it to yourself and close personal friends only. This is something where I think being friendly and trying to help others out will end up wrecking your asshole over the long haul.
