Tossing this idea for a while. I'm looking to rent/buy a small storage unit/building to keep projects there and have a place to work in A/C at any given time rain or shine. Anyway I'm just trying to gauge interest among people residing in the tampa Bay area that in case I was to get something bigger, if they would like to rent space on an hourly basis to repair/ modify their vehicles considering the things included are:

hydraulic lift

most tools that are regularly used;sockets,wrenches,extensions,etc.

air tools with compressor

all this in an A/C environment with a bathroom and sink


So, any feedback is greatly appreciated, also any suggestions? What would you like to have there additionally, tools,supplies,etc? What would you consider to be a reasonable hourly rate?
