The QR reacts quite well to turbocharging. Your basic kit will run about 8psi and should put down something in the 275whp range. If you want more than that youll probably need to start building the engine for it to be reliable. Most people go for the PTI kit (www.powertechimports.com). As long as the kit is installed right and youre a competent driver the engine should be rather reliable.
