yes the swap came with both of those parts. I'm waiting on a new wiring harness (the one that came with the swap, the plugs were broken and the harness was cut), a clutch (have stock clutch, but want a better one so I dont have to change out later), motor mounts (have stock motor mounts, but again, I want stronger) and a hotpipe/bov. Its only those four parts, but they're not the cheapest....
I have a stock hotpipe in that case then. And the stock recirc bypass valve can be installed on the VSPL FMIC kit. So you can get up and running, wouldn't be hard to switch out to a hard hot pipe and bov later on though. As far as clutch's go i've heard great things about the Blitz active single clutch kit, not sure if you want to upgrade to a lighter flywheel , but this kit comes with one, and i've been told that it's very liveable for a daily driven street car and can handle over 350+whp. I have a exedy hyper single kit in my car, it's a bit on the harsher side for street driving (as far as single plate clutch's go). BTW, i can't tell if you did , but did you buy a new oem oil pan , or is that the original banged out ?
