i have a 93 s13 hatch, completely gutted on the inside and engiene bay, no front end body panels, its a rolling shell, damaged in the rear. it has a clean title but I lost the title and can get another one if u pay for it! so i guess its not free but still cheap. it has no rust, tail lights still there, suspension, steelies. there are plenty of s13 at cophers, 2 dual cam's at tampa cophers. this car could be running for around $800. I need to make more space at my house. I also have an ae86 gts shell for free but has no title.
