The H series just isn't - in my opinion (for what that's worth) - the best engine to turbo. If you already have the motor in the car, keep it and spray it. You have a relatively light car, and with stock H22, should already be mid-low 13's.

If someone is looking to put an H22 in their car and boost it, I would have to warn against it. Only because of the failure I've seen in 94+ turbo Preludes.
