HAHAHA Funny you should mention that.. I've actually written one called the "Post Whore". Had my EZBoard account on a couple of message boards disabled for it too..
It would actually post...
"It is now <time>... do you know where your lurkers are?"
And it was customizeable to the point I could have it post that however often I wanted it too...
