A few things:

16 people did not show we elected to sell 10 spots half way through the event because people were begging me and the staff at BMP.

The track staff had several people that wanted to run and I had countless people that wanted a spot before the event and at the event.

We did not release the spots until 6:30 to give the people that had not showed yet a chance to get there. Any earlier and I might have oversold beyond 105 spots and I promised I would stay at or below that number. Any later and it would have been to late to get in a fair amount of runs.

There were no more spots sold at the gate when the gate opened nor did I sell above 105 cars running at the track.

No one bought extra spots to make the field smaller, sorry that did not happen.

We never had more than 95 cars running (or there) at one given moment. Some broke, some left early, so stopped running. Yes we track these things.

You neglected to post this from my original announcement that you posted:

"** This event and all future TRack Events will be pre-pay only for the racers and no refunds will be given within a week of the event ( October 22nd ) unless TR, the track, or weather cancels it. "

Sounds more than fair to me. Especially since not one person that did not show has asked for a refund. Matter a fact some have said please use it towards anything TR might need.

However there will be one change next time. We will guarantee that we will sell any open spots at 6:30 p.m. if you have not shown unless you have notified me in advance that you will be arriving late.
