the difference is not that great. the block is bored to 86mm the head is 87mm and im using a f23 head gasket. the guy who unofficailly is the originator of this type of hybrid put a stock h22 head on a stock f22b2 bottom end and has been running strong for about 8k miles boosted 8-10 psi.
