Hi guys i just bought an 89 honda civic 4 door in bargain trader for only 100 dollars SWEET DEAL DUDE i was wondering what i should do i'm only 15 years of age and i was wondering if i should trick out the engine or just put an neon street glow underneath my car it would really look shibby my seat doesn't work my windsheild wipers are stuck and the engine rattles i know you asains have something to say please reply thanks
