I'm sure you could piece yourself together an entire grey interior after a few trips to Cophers.
The problem with that is there are like 6 shades of grey interior over the years. You'd almost have to get everything out of one car to get the right look. Me personally? If this isnt' an every day driver. I'd paint/dye the red interior black. Looks way cool, easy, and cheap.
