NA z32's are slow , i used to own one). 12's ore 11's won't be hard with a TT Z32 (but like i said they aren't the easiest cars to work on) , will be a chore with the NA z32 though. I really wouldn't want to build a strip car out of a Z. If you want to use a nissan platform to buildup a strip car , look into the s13 , it's probably one of the best all around sports cars built.
