As far as the chipping and tuning, that's all you need. They will probably use Turboedit or something similar, it's pretty much a standalone, depending on how they do it. Much better than an AFC and cheaper than Hondata.

For only 10-13 psi daily driven, you really don't need to build anything, except if you have high high miles, then you might want a quick build up, but factory parts will hold that power fine.

For all the work they are doing, the price seems really good to me. Do it.
