Ask them if it's federalized...ask them to provide a letter from the NHSTA and EPA, ask them to prove it to you in writing....they can't. Like you said...not worth it for a car, not even a Skyline

i like how you guys belive this guy whos never imported anything in his life, and is a cut and paster from other web sites and bet million bucks he doesnt even know how to fill the HS-7 and 3520 form out correctly to what the import applys to.and explain the noble charles from 1 G racing.we are all using a legal loop hole ,from teh laws that the DOt and EPA have writen.and you with oh you need EPA and DOT papers or it needs to be EPA and DOT comlpiant.this BS all refers to when you import a full running non US conforming car, which then you must use a RI and the RI has to make it to US compliant.and im going to say this again and it wont be the last time i will.AN INDIVIDUAL IS ALLOWED TO PURCAHSE PARTS AND BUILD/ASSEMBLE A VEHICLE!!! the DOT and EPA knows what 1G racing(and NO the noble is not a kit car in europe you can goto a noble dealership and drive one off the lot, they import it as components and its not titled as a kit car in US.) is doing, what EI is doing, skyline america,etc..Im just teh only one sayong that we are using a legal loop hole.so you going to listen to someone who drives a US 240 or someone whos imported this

and this
