10.22.05 Tampa 2 Daytona - Biketoberfest.
We're going to meet up at the 7-11 off Fletcher and 56th st. at 7:00 AM. The ride/route safety breifing will be at 7:15AM and we'll be leaving at 7:30AM SHARP! We're taking all back roads, so dont worry about sitting on the I-4 parking lot.
Along the way, we'll stop for breakfast/brunch. We should roll up to the speedway between 10:00-11:00AM. We can check out the test rides and hang out up there for a bit, then maybe ride into down town in the afternoon sometime, but we can decide what we want to do once we get there. I'm sure more events will be announced as the time gets closer.
The ride home will be a late night sprint once traffic lightens up.
Make sure your tires are in good shape for this ride. It never fails, every year someone has a questionable rear tire and "think" they can make it, but end up showing cords on the way to Daytona and have to buy an overpriced tire there. Do yourself a favor, if your tire is getting low on tread, replace it before the ride to Daytona.
