A stock swap shouldn't be expensive. Motor + labor to swap be around 2500(front clip) + 1000(labor) + 500 (misc. like oil, seals and minor things) = $4000.00
If you are looking to upgrade at same time and depending upon how far you wanna go, above estimate is very good(BumpinPSI's estimate). A little more if you change out turbo and bigger injectors..
