When you question 'Celm' <--EI rep, he will tell you it's titled, and registered, and it's legal. Well, Yes, the paperwork is absolutely 100% legal, it a title and a registration that is state issued. That doesn't mean it's federally legal. Ask them if it's federalized...ask them to provide a letter from the NHSTA and EPA, ask them to prove it to you in writing....they can't. Like you said...not worth it for a car, not even a Skyline
