Good point. Look up the "legal definitions" for each thing he mentioned.
Maybe what you did does not fit in a category that is illegal under the
L Defin. of "flash", "lights", "blink", etc.......and therefore, you did
not commit an illegal act under the wording of the law.-Bob

Me too, I would expect it to say flashing your lights is illegal. Meaning you are actually doing it manually, flashing lights are illegal sounds like they are doing it on their own, such as emergency blinkers, turn signals, strobes, etc.
