i didnt see anything about flashing high beams, and if he DID put part 7 on the ticket, you could fight it easily, since it says NOTHING about high beams, and warning fellow motorists.


i flash my high beams while im in front of cops.people have flashed at me a few times and have saved me from some tickets, so i return the favor. we gotta stick together against the all(un)mighty po-po.
