i have never seen anyone get those numbers on stock form. the rears do not have eccentric bolts. so the only way to adjust there is to loosen the top bolt and push on the wheel. that still wont give you near -1.5. with the eccentric bolts that come in the front the most i've seen anyone gain is -1.75. that -1.75 was also only on one side. to get camber that far in the front you would need camber plates. the stock components cant physically go that far.
for my street setup i use: caster front -4.1
camber front-1.75
toe 0
camber rear -.75
toe 0
