dont need the ecu.

Need brake pedal
clutch pedal, master cylinder(new), hardline, slave cylinder(new), tranny, clutch kit(q/ pilot bearing/throw out bearing), flywheel(resurface), flywheel bolts(automatic bolts wont fit), 5 speed drive shaft, and last but definately not least...m/t backing plate(wich is a pain in the ass to get, i would start searching the internet right now)

As far as the swap goes...

remove driveshaft, remove engine to bellhousing bolts, remove lower tranny front plate, remove torque converter bolts(use 27mm socket on crank pulley to rotate), remove tranny wires and shift linkage, remove tranny cross member, remove tranny.

Remove auto pilot bushing(sits inside crank, rent a tool for this), insert m/t pilot bushing, insert backing plate, install flywheel(use threadlocker), install clutch, install throw out bearing on tranny input shaft(make sure it works right), unbolt exhaust, jack front of engine up, then try yo slide tranny on. Good luck with this part, its a pain in the ass.

Bolt up tranny, bolt up driveshaft, bolt up crossmember.

Drill hole for master cylinder, install clutch pedal, brake pedal, master cylinder, hardline, slave cylinder, bleed clutch system.

Find wire under passenger side fuse box, thick white and thick black i believe, splice.

Start car, drive.

pics avail on request.
