Also thinking of the Neon where the pulley balancer is kinda one in the same.
Neons.org got ugly on this one. The neon doe have a harmonic balancer, its built into the stock pulley by a little bit of rubber, its just not the big old thing most people are accustomed to. Trying to get stuff across to ignorant people who don't do the work themselves is impossible.
