The following are the compression readings i got on a cold engine with TB open. Just in case you don't know anything on a TT engine in the 150-160 range is considereble very healthy.

Cylinder 1 (155psi)

Cylinder 3 (160psi)

Cylinder 5 (157psi)

The following pics show the slight blemishes the car does have. Everything considered, it is in better than excellent condition.

Front passengers side of bumper. I recently took some cleaner wax to it which cleaned up a lot of that. Now there is only the black/dark grey spot there.

Owner said he unknowingly rolled the car to far forward in a parking space which let the lower bumper sit on a curb stop for a while. The picture makes is look worse than it is. Probably because i had to get really close to even get it to show up in the pic, thus making it take up the whole frame. you wouldn't know it was there at a glance or 5+ feet away.

Again the bump stop issue. Nothing bad and may be able to buff it out.

Neither the previous owner, nor myself have any idea as to how this chip got in the hood. Its the size of a quarter, and as you can see he tried to color match it. Unfortunately, the local auto parts store did not have an exact match for the paint. He said he went with the closest color cause he didn't want the weather to begin to wear on the area. So he sealed it up with what was availible. You can see it not doubt about it, but its impossible for any person to see if you were to fly past them at 150mph. No, really, its not bad.
