This sounds just like what I went through about 6 months ago.
When you had your CV done, Was it OEM or NAPA/Discount Auto/Etc. brand?

I went through 4 CV's on my drivers and 2 on my Passenger side within 6 months, I was so heated that every 200 miles I had to change them out.
Come to find out, All those Cv axles from the auto parts stores are rebuilds.

IMO if you don't want anymore trouble changing those things out, Go OEM!!!!
weither it's Brand New or just a used set off of here (TR F/S threads).

I picked up a set of OEM's from a wrecked '00 Si w/ 55K miles and haven't had a problem since.

A camber kit will help you out a little bit, but any relocation of the axles on those cars will put strain on the joints.
