yes but underwater mechanics (and i in no way/shape/form know anything about that) work differently dont they? theres a lot more factors under water and more restrictions than in the air, ok fine, i will admitt after typing that i thought it about it and i did make a full explanation, but the only thing i cant figure out is why they get bigger and smaller.... and the 2nd bubble has nothing in its way either right??? because the bubbles are actually circles so theres no restrictions in the middle
