well the problem is not the bulb itself, pulled it out and checked it, the fillament was fine. i put in the replacement bulb for the hell of it and still nothing.i broke out the DMM and i have voltage going into the headlight housing. so im guessing its between the bulb and where it comes out of the housing.which i cant really check to see what the problem is, probably resort to buying a whole new headlight assembly.
