educate me, please

My gosh! Every photo on this thread looks good!

Educate me, folks......on another subject..... I see a radiator taking up 1/2
the grill opening. My stock Accord has a radiator running all the way across.
How are some cars able to use essentially 1/2 a radiator, yet others have
one running side-to-side the full width?

Any thoughts on this? Thanks.-Bob
