As long as you are modifying the internals you had better drop the compression if you are planning on running 10 psi or more.

If you were running stock compression I would say that combined with 10 psi had a lot to do with your shit blowing up.

Do the factory ecu's in a honda have knock controll?

Here is a good calculator that can help you figure out what kind of injectors you might need.
