wow...

was it wrong to raise the foot??? seemed like that was the first thing the paramedics did was put it flat and take the turnicate off....

well never did the foot thing but i did the knee one. when i hit some wet pavement on a corner... dropped it and slid off the road in to a culvert.... fuct my knee hard core, then i got a staff infection in the joint... still is stiff sometimes. and that was like 7 years ago...
