yes they have tires....1 or 2 of the tires wont hold air...just need a plug...but either way around you need to get new tires for them

as for the bumper i know ud trade me yours....but right now that owuld be wayyyy too ricey for me....i dont have my swap yet...and im still at stock ride height...so it would look really retarded with those bumpers right now....i told you i have the extra bumper that is just chillin here at my house....but its the one with the crack in the passenger side corner...the one on my car is flat black for the time being till i can get my car painted...but if you want the bumper thats not on the car now its all yours....and for the record i have no problem swapping bumpers with you...just it isnt the time to do it yet on my car.
