I have done this three times and has always worked twice with a D1 and two times with a N2 and I have not changed any software. This is only to help out give it a try the worst that could happen is you need to get a new GPS antenna. Again not trying to come off in the a dickhead way just wanna help.

Well first the parking brake needs to see 12 volt then it needs to see a negative trigger.

Relay set up for this is as the following:

86 and 30 go to fused 12 volt.
87a to Ground
87 Brake wire input from brain.
85 to Ground with a switch

To bypass the Navi you have to trick the unit to think the VSS and the GPS antenna are not hooked up.

You’ll need 3 relays for this.

#1
86 fused 12 volt
87a VSS wire to the car
87 VSS wire to the Avic
85 Ground with a switch
30 NOT USED

For this part you will need to CUT the GPS antenna and strip it back and separate the wires inside.

#2
86 fused 12 volt
87a to the GPS antenna that has been split
87 to the Avic Brain
85 Ground with a switch
30 NOT USED

#3
86 fused 12 volt
87a the GPS antenna that has been split
87 to the Avic Brain
85 Ground with a switch
30 NOT USED

All the 85 poles can be on the same switch that is grounded.

For relay #2 and 3 I used a DPDT 12 volt relay from radio shack part number 275-206 the GPS antenna has a specific set measured resistance
