Scott got it about 70% there because most of the time they were chasing around blown-off intercooler piping. This tune will move to Saturday for completion. And finally we finished up on my car. When Scott arrived Tuesday night he began by reading the current output of my ECU and put together an initial basemap. It turned out to be right on and most tuners would have stopped there, but he went the extra mile and adjusted the map to utter perfection. I was very impressed with the level of detail that he puts into his work. If something was even a little off he would go back in and make sure that it was right. Let's just put it this way, if I had a child and it needed to be road tuned Scott would be working on him/her. Forgive me, it is kind-of early, the analogies are a little weak in the AM. But you get the general idea. The bad thing is that I didn't even drive it last night after he was done, I just was tired and figured that I could get on it a little this morning. I pulled out onto the road and bumper-to-bumper traffic. So, I didn't ever have a chance to get on it. But when Scott drove it, it felt very strong. It really pushes you back in the seat! I can't imagine the feeling that some of you guys get with these big turbos. Stay tuned for more.
glad someone can see the detail he puts in his tuning. when he tuned mine he refused to let me leave unitl everything was perfect. he is a perfectionist. now get that bad boy and test her out!!
