That's a pretty small turbine so it doesn't make a whole lot of thrust. Remember, there's no mechanical movement (nothing is turning the wheels) so it takes it a bit to build up speed. That is why they push jets off of carriers with a catapault, they would fall off of it if they tried thrust only. Now, once this thing gets moving, I bet it pulls like a motherfucker and would keep pulling until the guy died or let out of it.
