Its actually a spray that this guy uses, some kind of VW paint, they actually tint VW taillights with from the factory. It is heavily coated, it looks like car paint black, But blinks perfectly, as if nothing were covering it.
The guy sprays all kinds of bumper, tails, etc.
Im going to do a JDM sidemarker probably, but dont want that disco orange light in the middle of my fender, so Im going to have him spray it to match the tint and the tails.
