Yea your right. The same thing happened to me, i got pulled over by squad car, but when the cop got out the car, he yellin and screamin, but then he told me that bc he wasn't in uniform that he wouldnt be able to ticket me. So he yelled at me some more, and let me go.

Was he in uniform?? I heard that a cop has to be in uniform to write a ticket. I dunno the particulars but I was told by a cop friend of mine that, even when they have squad cars, if they are not in uniform they are not supposed to get out and write tickets. If he had a uniform on he probably had the right to issue tickets. I would ask around about this too.
