Nevermind.. I got it.

Note to self: Pull it out of the garage parking lot out into the sun next time... much easier to find a blown fuse

It dawned on me while I was looking for the fuse why I thought the speedo was somehow connected.. well.. it kinda is since the Dallas Speed Cal is hooked into that line
