1st of all, you shouldve continued your daily activities at the bank, and ignore the pighead because he wasnt wearing his badge.
You can say to his lutenent (sp?) or whoever you have to deal with that you heard about fake police officers, and since he wasn't in a cop car, or not wearing his badge, you thought he was a fony.
Shit, if he can pull something like that off, then i can just pull over some hot 17 year old girl, tell her im a cop, and give her a strip search.
Your act was kinda on the rough side. if there was a cop car that you just cut off, then yeah, you deserve a citation.
Old people pull this kind of stunt all the time, but you know that they will never get pulled over for that.
