NEED THIS GONE: 88 nissan 300zx turbo CHEAP

I have a silver 300z that I have to get rid of. It's an 88 turbo, original motor, rebuilt tranny, 160k original miles, 5 sp, power- windows, mirrors, locks. exterior is 9/10, original silver paint, one or two fade spots, only one little dent, interior is a 9.9/10, digital dash, tint, t-tops, original clutch still grabs really hard no slip, the ac doesn't work, but i was told by the guy i got it from that it was an easy fix,
THE GOOD:
-original Garret t25 turbo rebuilt with turbonetics internals
-custom FMIC and hard piping
-custom electric radiator fans
-manual boost controller set at 11psi
-cam gears advanced three degrees
-heads shaved .030
-APEX intake filter
-2.5 inch catback with generic muffler
-tociko illumina 5-way adjustable shocks on all corners
-SS edition springs
-AUTOMETER carbon fiber boost gauge
-AUTOMETER ultralite air/fuel gauge
-polished factory 16" rims
-ventus hr2 tires up front 245/50/16
-fulda carat's out back 245/50/16
-JVC headunit
-rampage 4ch amp
-pioneer front 6.5"s, JL audio 6.5"s rear components
-new timing belt, water pump, radiator, thermostat, rack and pinion, tie rod ends, radious arms, and bushings
THE BAD:
-the trubo gasket needs replacing, will include the gasket
-has a brake fluid leak somewhere, about a master cylider's worth every two weeks
-leaks water/ coolant *****UPDATE: problem is a $12 dollar hose******
The car is in good condition, I just don't have the time, money or patience to deal with these little problems. The car is still respectably quick, it gets about 5-7psi of boost in first and second gear, and still ran a 15.3 at the track. With a good tune up, and a few more mods this car could easily hit the 13's
THE VERY GOOD!!!:
I am letting this classic go for a quick sale, $2000 cash and its yours to keep. I will consider trades for crx's, del sol's, 240's, civic couepes and hatches, must be manual trans, and reliable
