a really good rubbing compound works the best


if you cant get any, then rubbing alchol and steel wool (no, it wont scratch your wheels unless the chrome is chipping)

the last thing on the list is mothers chrome polish in the blue can works ok, or anything of the sort brand wise as long as its a good name brand

wenol is supposed to work good also
