I think the lock up part is right. As far as a nuetral safety switch I didn't have one, I had a clutch switch which was on the clutch pedal. I don't know anyone personally that has done the conversion. I have seen it posted at www.neons.org , I'd look it up right now but I feel like 1,000 miles of bad road. Honestly as far as PCM and Cables go, get aftermarket, expensive but worth it. All the Neons I have found so far are auto's. We are going back to the junkyard tomorrow (9/5/02) when I get off of work. I can see you needing, flywheel clutch, I have a brand new stock one already, tranny, shifter assembly and pedals. If I locate all of that I'll let you know. MauRICE, I will check on the wiring harness and ecu for you tomorrow as well.
